An engaging 4-week virtual experience designed to introduce youth to the dynamic world of hospitality and tourism. Scholars will explore industry trends, career paths, and gain access to valuable internship opportunities—all while building the skills needed to succeed in a global marketplace.

"I saw the growth in her (CeCe) because she got out of her comfort zone. It’s a positive aspect, I believe, because kids that I encounter, they got see how other kids live. A lot of times in the U.S., our kids here they have the best (highspeed Wi-Fi and indoor AC) but seeing another kid in another country who may not have as much as they have, it opened her eyes to some things. I saw an immense growth and change in CeCe since she attended the Jamaica internship. She actually stayed out of her comfort zone, trying new things, also, got a bond with the other scholars. And I think it’s a great thing because she found othet students who are like minded with herS. They all worked together in their blind spots and strengths.”
