Welcome to our exciting virtual culinary class! Last Summer our scholars embarked on a journey with our COO and Executive Chef Dre where they explored the art of cooking and the joys of learning about delicious dishes from the comfort of their homes. This class provided scholars with the tools and knowledge to prepare mouth-watering meals that would impress friends and family.

Throughout the class, Chef Dre covered a variety of cooking techniques and recipes, including traditional favorites and contemporary twists on classic dishes. He also discussed the importance of selecting high-quality ingredients and exploring various flavor profiles to help elevate their cooking game.

In addition to learning new skills and recipes, this class provided a wonderful opportunity for our scholars to connect with fellow food enthusiasts from Florida, South Carolina, Texas, New Jersey and New York! By sharing their experiences and insights, they learned from each other and created a vibrant community of passionate cooks.
